PHRA was incorporated in 1989 to bring together a community of racers and fans who share one thing: a passion for going fast and having fun in Dwarf Cars. These small but mighty machines deliver some of the most exciting short-track racing you’ll see anywhere — loud, close, and full of heart.
But at its core, PHRA isn’t about big budgets or egos. It’s about regular people doing something they love. Weekends in the pits. Late nights in the garage. Teaching the next generation. Trading tips, swapping parts, and chasing that perfect lap.
